3 Cases of Amniotic Band Syndrome


Abstract
The amniotic band syndrome is a collection of fetal malformation with fibirous bands that appear to entrangle or entrap various fetal parts in utero, leading to deformation , malformation , or disruption. The most commonly associated anomalies
include
amputation, constriction bands, synductyly, craniofacial defects, club feet, and cleft lip.
We have experienced 3 cases of amniotic band syndrome and presented with a brief review of literature.
